The patents show a technology that could basically make it sound like a child's teddy bear / toy was telling them to commit acts.As long as there is a phone ( or anything that had a speaker) , it can transfer the sound to any object withing 300 ft. it creates a Bicameral mind in the Target to where they literally hear their OWN voice or the voice of others telling them to do things. |
