Basically, a new bill creates illegal aliens as a protected class, their past criminal history - including felonies such as child rape and drug trafficking— cannot be considered for deportation. And they are eligible to apply for citizenship.
The nuttiest part is that DHS must use taxpayer dollars to pay for deportees to COME BACK if they wish, despite any felonies committed here or abroad.
