Under Clinton, they put on this whole "Russian Reset" facade. This was to get Russia to trust us enough to take this Uranium deal via U1. U1 was NOT approved by Putin/Russia, just made to look like they were involved. Future premise for WWIII. Is there a "surprising" lack of evidence of a Russian mining presence at wherever the U1 deal was supposed to be?
U1 was set up to show Russia was supplying U to ME that may or may not be used to nuke US assets. Then the "cover"=justification for war with Russia. They would need something big enough to justify war with Russia. Also why it is traceable..
