WHY NUNES IS SO IMPORTANT:
We need to keep in perspective just how serious this is…remember that as Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee
Nunes has no authority to bring charges himself. He can only make criminal referrals (which they have done already, regarding
the referrals of HRC, McCabe, Comey, et al in the spring. BUT, he doesn't only have to give referrals to the DOJ, and this is
where it gets interesting.
If during the course of their investigations, the Committee uncovers evidence that elements from within the Federal gov't (and,
more specifically the DOJ/FBI/State) and those individuals were working with agents of foreign governments, then this would
technically constitute an attack on the United States of America.
Now think back to Q's very first posts…who holds jurisdiction in such a case…the DOJ? No, because they are infiltrated by agents
of foreign governments (those individuals conspiring with foreign elements) OR at the very least they are committing treason in
attacking the United States. Not all attacks against the US are made with conventional weaponry. Of course, Q has stated that
to put these guilty parties before a grand jury would be futile…so you don't want them there. However, their actions as traitors
engaged in operations against the federal government in an attempted coup d'etat means that Article I section 8 courts have no
jurisdiction. They will be detained by marines, tried by the military, and executed as traitors. Article I courts are for the trying of cases
under the U.S. code, and the actions of any individuals engaged in treason or warfare against the United States removes the protections
ordinarily allowed under standard criminal procedures.
This is why the left is so desperately trying to stop Nunes
Instead of making a criminal referral to the DOJ…he can contact the Commander-in-Chief and report that they have uncovered a plot
to overthrow the government of the United States. The bad actors know that if that happens, they are in a world of shit. Now think
about what Q has posted today…false flag trying to provoke Russia….they are getting desperate because the walls are closing in.
