Implication he is no longer in Russia. Is under constant surveillance by Patriots who know his location.
Snowden is no longer an asset to the cabal, but is now a liability (once role of usefulness ends, they eliminate liabilities)
Implication Snowden is helping Jack Dorsey (of twitter) on project Deep Dream (allusion to Jason Bourne movie; social media alliance with CIA to create total surveillance (illegal) of the population via backdoors in the code).
